Are you in search of the perfect birthday party or girls’ night out experience? What better way to celebrate your special day or enjoy the evening with your friends than to bring your friends along and come have a fabulous sewing birthday party or craft night at The Sewcial Hub!
With several projects to choose from, you and your buddies will have a fun time crafting some great memories together. Whether it’s for your special day or just for fun and making new friends, we have something just for you!. Note: All participating guests must be 7+ No exceptions.
Sewing Party Details
Included:
Access to our spacious and well-equipped sewing studio
Separate party room for eating and snacking. NO food or drinks are allowed in the sewing area.
2.5 hours of fun-filled sewing and party activities
All materials and equipment will be provided
All materials are pre-cut and set out ready to be stitched up by the guests
Plates, cups, cutlery if required or you may bring yours.
A refrigerator to store desserts and drinks if needed. Please let us know in advance if you will be requiring this. NO alcohol will be allowed.

Food and drinks (The host provides food and drinks)
Project patterns (These are exclusively for classes and workshops only.)

Kids Sewing Party

Give your kids one of the best birthday party experiences that they will cherish for years to come.
This package is for kids from 7 years up to 12 years old. They will get to complete a project or a series of small projects. No sewing experience is required.
Teen Sewing Party
3 hours
$475 + GST
Your teenagers will have fun hanging out with their friends while crafting together. Choose from a variety of projects and join us for an unforgettable sewing extravaganza. We will guide you through your exciting sewing project and make sure that everyone leaves with a handmade masterpiece and cherished memories.
Adults Sip ‘n’ Sew
2 – 2.5 hours
From $50 per adult + GST
Are you hosting a girls’ night out? Bring your friends and come sewcialize with us at the studio for a fun time of sewing and laughter. Projects range from T-shirts to aprons to clutch bags. There is a variety to choose from. Invite your friends for a time of relaxation and unwinding through sewing.
Sewing Party FAQs
HOW LONG DOES A PARTY SESSION LAST?
Typically each party booking is for 3 hours. 2.5 hours for sewing and 30 minutes for food/snacks and refreshments once projects are completed. For extra time, $30 will be charged for every additional 30 minutes.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
You and your guests should arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of your party/event. We strongly advise against coming late as time is of the essence when sewing especially when you are part of a group. Late arrivals up to 15 minutes will NOT be accommodated because we want everyone to have enough time to enjoy the whole experience and also be able to complete their projects.
CAN I CHANGE MY SELECTED PROJECT TO A DIFFERENT ONE?
Changes can be made up to 14 days before the party date. Please call us or send an email to let us know and to confirm your selection.
WILL THERE BE FOOD AND REFRESHMENTS?
The Sewcial Hub DOES NOT provide nor serve food and/or refreshments. The celebrant or host will provide food and refreshments for the party. The celebrant/host or celebrant’s parent or guardian is also responsible for serving the food and drinks.
CAN I SERVE ALCOHOL FOR ADULT EVENTS?
No. Alcohol cannot be served while using our sewing studio or party area.
WHAT IF SOMETHING COMES UP, CAN I CANCEL MY BOOKING?
Party bookings will be fully refundable up to 30 days prior to the party date. Any cancellations less than 30 days prior to the party date will NOT be refunded. However we will be glad to reschedule another date for your party or event within the next 12 months. Please contact us to reschedule if you need to cancel.
