Important Note: If your child is new to The Sewcial Hub or new to sewing, they’ll need to complete our Intro to Sewing for Kids before joining camp. This fun and engaging 2-hour session introduces them to the basics of the sewing machine, setting them up for a successful camp experience.

Why kids' choice sewing camp?
School’s out, and the kids are home all day—getting bored and asking for snacks every 30 minutes! Keep them engaged and inspired with our Sewing Camp!
This hands-on experience allows kids to explore their creativity, build confidence, and develop new skills—all while making incredible friendships and having sew much fun!
Where creativity meets fun! Our Kids’ Choice Summer & Spring Camps are perfect for kids ages 7 to 13, no matter their skill level. Unlike our After-School Program, which follows a set curriculum, our camps let kids take the lead—they get to choose their own sewing projects based on their interests and abilities!
With a huge variety of projects to explore, campers can join us for multiple weeks and never make the same thing twice! We’ll assess each child’s skill level based on the registration form and any past experience with our programs. From there, they’ll pick from an exciting lineup of projects, including:
Garment, Quilting, Bag Making, Pillows, Stuffies, Appliqué
No matter their experience, every child will find something fun, creative, and uniquely theirs to make!
All materials (fabric, thread, and more) are included in the camp fee.
What to bring: A light snack and a drink—we’ll take a short break each day to recharge!
Spaces fill up fast, so grab a spot and let’s get sewing!
This camp will help the kids to:

Who is this camp for and what are the requirements?
Our Kids’ Choice Sewing Camps are suitable for any child who seeks to stay engaged in a creative and fun way, make new friends, or get creative with old friends during the spring & summer holidays.
This camp is suitable for kids 7 years and up.
Class Details
Cancellation Policy:
If your child is registered for a camp they cannot attend, the following cancellation policy applies:
1. If and only if we are notified at least 7 days prior to the start of camp that your child cannot attend
AND we can fill your child’s spot, you may receive a refund.
2. If we are notified at least 7 days prior to the start of camp that your child cannot attend, but we are
unable to fill your child’s spot, you may receive a credit for a future class/camp or you may switch your
child to a different week.
3. If we are notified less than 7 days prior to the start of camp that your child cannot attend, your child
may switch to another week or you forfeit the registration cost. No refunds or credits will be issued.
What to expect:
Creative Exploration:
The campers will explore the world of sewing and get a chance to unleash their creativity through hands-on activities and carefully selected projects.
Skill Development:
Whether your child has used a sewing machine before or not, they will learn the basics of sewing, from getting acquainted with the sewing machine, adding notions, to installing closures, to stitching up their own creations and building their skills one project at a time.
Project Variety:
The campers will embark on a journey of creativity, sewing up different projects with each project helping to build their portfolio of sewing skills and techniques.
The projects will range from bags, to accessories, to quilted projects.
Friendship and Fun:
At The Sewcial Hub, we strongly believe in building long lasting friendships and having fun while crafting together. With engaging activities and games, everyday will be filled with laughter and excitement.
Fashion Show ‘n’ Tell:
At the end of the camp week, the campers will showcase their creations in a mini fashion show.
